Rail passengers travelling on the Newry to Belfast route will be transported by a replacement bus service from this Saturday 27 July till 23 August 2019.

The substitution is due to major railway infrastructure work taking place in Lurgan with over 1.7km of track relayed and it's to ensure the service maintains overall performance and high safety standards for the important southern rail corridor for both local and cross-border train services.

Newry Train Station

Enterprise passengers will be transferred by coach between Newry and Belfast and vice versa to connect with the train. Portadown passengers will be able to board the Enterprise in Portadown as normal.

Enterprise Plus seat reservations will be available to book from Newry and Portadown and Corporate Catering services will be available on board.

Enterprise bus substitutions will depart Belfast's Lanyon Place station up to 15 minutes before published train times in order to allow for traffic and to ensure onward connections.
