Write a commentAn Intergenerational and Cross-community Programme Building Cultural Bridges held a 'Celebration of Success' event last week at WIN Business Park in Newry.
The programme delivered by Newry and Mourne Enterprise Agency and brought people together allowing them to learn new IT skills and meeting new people along the way.
Pauline Coghlan programme manager said “Our aim was to bring people together in small groups initially, allowing them to learn IT skills while meeting new people and exploring our joint heritage and culture. All of the participants gave very positive feedback and we had a great turnout on the day, I think we have achieved what we set out to do!”
The Building Cultural Bridges Programme was funded by the European Union’s PEACE IV Programme and managed by the Executive Office.
