Due to engineering works by Irish Rail, there will be a line closure affecting Enterprise cross border train services between Dundalk and Dublin Connolly from this Saturday October 26 to Monday October 28 (inclusive).
Enterprise passengers will travel by train from Newry, Portadown or Belfast to Dundalk station, where bus substitutions will complete the remainder of the journey.
Travelling northbound, bus substitutions will operate from Dublin Connolly to Drogheda, and Dundalk from where they can continue their journey by train.
Passengers are advised to allow extra time for their journey, check online at www.translink.co.uk or use the Journey Planner before they travel.
Passengers are also reminded that the new Enterprise timetable, with hourly services, will commence on Tuesday, 29th October.
15 services will operate in both directions between Belfast and Dublin, Monday to Saturday and 14 on Sundays; offering more choice, flexibility and convenience for passengers.
The full timetable is available on the website www.translink.co.uk or via the Translink Journey Planner.
