Write a commentPolice are appealing for information following a report of a creeper style burglary in Hilltown which saw two cars stolen.
The burglary occurred at the Newry Road area of the village yesterday morning (5 March).
Sergeant Mackin said: “Sometime between 4am and 5am, it was reported that entry was gain to a house in the area and car keys were stolen from the property. Two cars, a grey Hyundai Tuscon and a black Hyundai Tuscon were taken during the incident.
“Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the Newry Road area of Hilltown during the timeframe, is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 185 05/03/20.
