Write a commentDetectives are appealing for information regarding the movements of a silver/ grey Audi car that was seen in the vicinity of a burglary at the home of an older person in the Foughilletra Road area of Jonesborough on Sunday night 20 October.
Detective Sergeant Bell said: “It is believed that entry was gained to the property at around 10 am on Sunday. A quantity of cash was taken during the incident.
“We are appealing to anyone with information, or who noticed any suspicious activity in the Foughilletra Road, Jonesborough area on Sunday afternoon, to get in touch. It is reported that two males were spotted a silver/grey Audi which had been parked outside the property, it was then spotted heading in the direction of Railway Road. We’re particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have spotted this vehicle. Please contact detectives in Newry on 101, quoting reference number 643 of 20/10/19.”
