Write a commentNewry, Mourne and Down Council have closed the following Council Operated water-based facilities with immediate effect until further notice in light of hte Coronavirus crisis.
Albert Basin, Camlough Lake Slipway, Warrenpoint Pontoon, Newcastle Harbour, Killyleagh Harbour, Killough Harbour, Annalong Harbour will all be closed.
A council spokesperson said "Members of the public should not visit or try to enter these sites and boat owners will not be permitted entry to these facilities at this time."
The closure of these facilities is part of their ongoing coronavirus response and will be reviewed on an ongoing basis in line with guidance from the Public Health Agency (PHA).
