This summer Newry, Mourne and Down District Council have produced a fun filled summer programme for children of all ages and abilities to enjoy. There are promotions across Leisure Centres throughout the summer months and also the chance to sign up to Multi Sports sessions for Primary School aged children.
There is a Teen Activity Week as well as the opportunity to book into the ‘Wheelie Active’ programme and autism friendly swim sessions. The Council’s summer programme includes everything from outdoor swimming, to dodgeball and rounders as well as many more Council funded sports programmes throughout the district.
