Write a commentThe annual financial assistance call for community organisations from Newry, Mourne and Down District Council is underway with a deadline of 16 February to get your applications in.
Programmes that will be funded include Arts and Culture, Community Engagement, Irish Language, Major/ Minor Events and Festivals, Sports Development, Summer Schemes and Tourism Events. All have different criteria to qualify.
Application forms can be downloaded from www.newrymournedown.org under the 'Residents' tab or can be collected from Reception in O’Hagan House, Monaghan Row, Newry or Downshire Civic Centre, Downpatrick. Closing date: 4pm Friday 16 February 2018
Completed applications must be returned to either the Reception in O’Hagan House, Monaghan Row, Newry or Downshire Civic Centre, Downpatrick.
Late applications will not be considered.
Workshops on the application process will take place at 6.30pm Tuesday 30 January at the Canal Court Hotel in Newry and at the Millbrook Lodge, Ballynahinch, Tuesday 23 January and Kilmorey Arms Hotel, Thursday 1 February.
