Well known Publican Jean Crozier from Water Street in Newry has died.
Jean was one of the last true publicans who ‘lived above the shop’ at her premises at 16 Upper Water Street and worked in the bar for many years.
Jean Croziers Bar or simply Croziers is one of the few original traditional bars left in Newry.

Mrs Crozier passed away peacefully in hospital yesterday (Saturday) and leaves behind daughters Pauline, Daphne and Sandra.
Newry.ie would like to pass on our sympathy to the entire family circle.
