Ellie Casey this years Junior Face of Northern Ireland got a great send off this week from the Community House in Mourneview Park in Newry on her way to compete in the Junior Face of the World Final in Disneyland Paris.
The competition contestants have so far raised nearly £40,000 for their chosen charities.
The Disney theme was in plentiful supply at the Community House with many of the local children dressing up for the occasion.
Ellie heads of with her mother Stephanie on Sunday coming, stopping in Kent for a Disney Party with other contestants from around the UK.
The Final takes place on Thursday next the 7th of November and win or not Ellie has two days to look forward to in Disneyland meeting all her heroes.
Ellie's mother Stephanie commented "Everyone is really supportive and wishing her all the best in the competition"
Highlights for Ellie will be catching up with Rapunzel, the original girl with the golden hair and having a go on the Peter Pan ride.
