Dromalane Car Parking getting "Completely out of hand"

Newry City Councillor Charlie Casey has spoken of growing frustration amongst many local residents, pedestrians and motorists in the Dromalane area regarding the issue of car Parking.

“The situation is getting completely out of hand, cars are being literally abandoned by owners  and this is causing chaos and anger with local residents” said the local Councillor who continued,

“I raised the issue at a recent Council meeting with Roads Service. Ultimately I  believe a meeting with Department of Infrastructure Roads  Service Officials, the local Community  Association and  representatives from the Quays Centre to discuss the concerns will be required.

"I have no doubt that working together we can hopefully alleviate the problems”.
