Write a commentGeraldine Donnelly, former Slieve Gullion Councillor with Newry, Mourne and Down Council has passed away while on holiday in Spain.
The popular SDLP councillor joined Newry and Mourne Council in 2005 and retired from council in 2016 and was replaced by Cllr Pete Byrne.
Geraldine was a serving Board Member of Newry and Mourne Enterprise Agency and held the role of Deputy Mayor with the former Newry and Mourne Council in 2011/2012 while present Chairman Charlie Casey was Mayor.
