Four More Charged after Newry Death

Four additional people have been charged following the death of a 51 year old man in Newry on Wednesday.

Another man Mantas Cepas, 32 has already appeared at Banbridge Court sitting in Newry yesterday, charged with manslaughter following the death.

The four others charged were  a 32 year old man charged with Possession of a Class A controlled drug, namely heroin, and is due to appear at Newry MC on Friday 19 January.

Two men, aged 34 & 46, have been charged with Possession of a Class A controlled drug, namely heroin, and are expected to appear at Newry MC on 14 February.

A 50 year old woman has been charged with Permitting Premises to be used for supply of Class A drugs and is expected to appear in court on 14 February. A 56 year old man arrested after the event was released unconditionally.
