Marek was a Polish National who came to Northern Ireland to explore the opportunities this country could offer him.
His life ended on a remote pathway in Newry after a brutal and sustained attack. The co-accused in this case, Adrian Cunningham, pleaded guilty and accepted his part in this horrendous crime but Lindsay White has denied her involvement from the beginning, causing more despair and sorrow for Marek's family and friends."
