Help Needed to Bring Jevgenijs Zimarjous Home to Latvia for Burial Beside His Mother

The family of a man who passed away in Newry are asking for help to raise funds to bury him beside his mother in Latvia.

Jevgenijs Zimarjous who lived in Barrack Street, Newry passed away on 8 January and his sister Natalia has started a GoFundMe page to help bring him home.

Natalia explains :Yesterday my brother Jevgenijs passed away and we would like to bury him beside our mother back in Latvia. Unfortunately we don't have such amount of money ourselves due to our own family circumstances. And we are asking could our family and friends help us raise the necessary funds to bring Jevgenijs back home. Thank you everyone."

Jevgenijs is being waked at Paul McEvoy Funeral Home, Canal Street, Newry today from 3pm to 8pm.
