As Singer/ songwriter Claire McMahon says "I despair at the attitude of some of our society towards homeless people"
She hopes her song titled 'Who am I' will make people think again and see homeless people with a heart and soul like everyone else.
As one of the lines says "I didn't choose to be here, My life began like yours, full of all my hopes and dreams, goals worth striving for"
