It's time for you to dust off that Santa outfit and get it on, for the return of the Evora Hospice Santa Dash to Hill Street in Newry on Thursday 20 November. The run will bring hundreds of festive runners on to Hill Street to coincide with the city's Christmas lights switch-on.
The event, sponsored by Norbrook Laboratories, has grown into one of Newry's favourite festive traditions, offering local businesses, families and friends the chance to come together, celebrate the season and support the vital work of Evora Hospice.
The Santa Dash kicks off at 6.00pm from Marcus Square.
Sean Boyle, Partnership Development Officer at Evora Hospice, said: "We are thrilled to bring the Hospice Santa Dash back to Newry once again. It's such a joyful, feel-good event and we would love to see even more local businesses and community groups join us this year. Every Santa who takes part helps us continue our essential work for local families, so let's make this year's dash the biggest and best yet!"
Every year, it takes £6 million for Evora Hospice to continue providing compassionate care and support to people and families in the community. Registration is just £50 per Santa, which includes a festive suit and personalised bib.
To sign up, people can call Sean on 07484 902074 or register online at NewrySantaDash2025.
