Every garden shed in Newry must have at least one unloved bicycle sitting rusting away waiting to get the puncture fixed (this past five years!) or just waiting in vain to be taken out by it's owner.
Usually it never happens and they end up being thrown out adding to the ever increasing landfill time bomb so why not donate your bicycle to a new scheme that aims to renew those old bicycles and give them a new lease of life.
Cycle Recycle Newry is a local project initiated by Gerard Hughes, aimed on encouraging individuals not to dispose of their unwanted/unused bicycles.
By donating your bicycle to Cycle Recycle Newry, it will be serviced and recycled into the community. Bicycles for all ages are needed and we offer a free collection service.
