Jollyes Pet Superstore in Newry have donated several pallets of dog food to the USPCA at Carnbane.
A representative from the USPCA said "USPCA extends its thanks to local store Jollyes and its customers for their very kind donation of dog food which will significantly help the charity support animals currently under its care.
"With the pandemic taking grip of Northern Ireland in recent months, this has been an incredibly trying time for the charity as it continued to operate throughout with decreased donations and fundraising activity. Vital support provided by both the public and businesses is greatly appreciated and needed now more than ever. "
Jollyes Sales Assistant, Eamonn Magee called at the Animal Hospital this week with the supplies.
