Road safety was to the fore when aspiring drivers from Kilkeel High School and St Louis Grammar School took part in a Young Drivers’ initiative earlier this month.
The event happened on 5 November at Bishopscourt Racing Circuit and it was all about highlighting the importance of driving safely to the Year 13 students.
The event was rganised by The Mournes DEA, Newry, Mourne and Down District Council and the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (Southern Command) and delivered in partnership with the PSNI, Newry, Mourne and Down PCSP, Crash Services and Drive Techniques Driving School.
