A man wanted by Polish authorities for serious drugs offences committed in Poland was arrested by police this morning in the Newry area.
Officers from the PSNI's International Policing Unit were involved in the arrest along with officers from the Local Policing Team in Newry.
There was an outstanding extradition warrant out for the man who is aged 43. He will be brought before an Extradition Court in due course.
