Nathan is Posterboy of Children's Heartbeat Trust Campaign

You might not know local boy Nathan Campbell from Newry, but you probably will have seen his picture appearing on billboards and buses around Newry at this stage.

It's part of an awareness campaign by Children's Heartbeat Trust an organisation that supports children, young people and their families affected by heart disease in Northern Ireland.

Eight year old Nathan has already endured 4 major open heart surgeries since birth.

Children's Heartbeat Trust helps babies, young children and supporting families while their children undergo lifesaving surgery.

As Nathan's granny says "No one knows when the charity may be needed, we never imagined we would need their help and support."
