Write a commentNewry Neighbourhood Policing Team, in association with Newry based cruise forum, Ignition 247, are hosting a road safety event at Damolly Retail Park on the evening of Saturday 25 May.
The event, which is due to run between 8pm and 10pm, will also be attended by officers from Road Policing Unit and the PSNI's Project Evo car. All members of the public are welcome to attend, though the main focus of the event is to offer the opportunity for young drivers to improve their knowledge of what is and what is not legal on the roads, especially in regards of vehicle modifications.
