2. Chairperson, etc officially stand down.

3. Invitation for nominations to the Committee for 2009-10:

v. 3/4 Committee members

4. Arrange date of first Committee Meeting for 2009-10 season. (Issues for discussion: grants from council, etc/ venue/ fees + membership/ promotion of the film club)

5. Information on film choices for 2009-10 screenings.
