The location infrastructure already provides slipways on and off the A1 beside the proposed site and the application plans to provide 5 franchise hot food and cafe units including a drive through facility, as well as public toilets and a seating area.

There would be parking facilities for 100 cars as well as electric charging points, caravan parking, picnic area and coach drop off points. The proposal also aims to provide facilities for HGV's with parking spaces for 10 envisaged.
