After 22 Years as Newsagent at The Paper Rack in Sugar Island Tim Casey will sell his last paper next Sunday when he retires from the well known business.
Before starting up The Paper Rack in 1991 Tim ran Tim Casey's Bar in Water Street from 1976 to 1989 and also spent 18 Months at The Mascot in Margaret Square.
While Tim will miss the many chats and conversations from customers who he got to know over the years one thing he won't miss will be the long hours with early morning and late nights being the norm in the Newspaper business.
The business will continue to operate as a Newsagent under new management after Tim turns the lights out and brings to an end a lifetime in the news on Sunday evening.
