If you would like to gain an OCN Level 2 accredited qualification whilst developing your skills and knowledge to carry out your own historical research, put together exhibitions and produce publications, Newry and Mourne Museum are holding a People's History course later this month.

The training is sponsored by the Heritage Lottery Fund, Department of Social Development and the EU’s Peace III Programme, and therefore there will be no charge to participate. Light refreshments will be provided.
All work for the qualification can be completed during the four day course and there is no requirement to do additional work at home.
The course will take place at Newry & Mourne Museum, Bagenal’s Castle, Castle Street, Newry from Monday 23 February to Thursday 26 February from 10am – 2:30 pm each day. (Participants must be able to attend all four days.)
