Permission Granted for 20 new houses at Tandragee Road

A Planning Application to build 20 houses on the Tandragee Road, Newry has been approved.

The proposal by applicant Blakegate Developments, Silverbridge for "Housing development of 20 No. dwellings, associated ancillary site works and landscaping" includes five different house types including either 3 or 4 bedrooms.

The existing green field site at the Carnbane roundabout on the Tandragee Road runs alongside Newry Canal with plans including a pedestrian linkage to the canal towpath. Vehicle access to the site will be via the Tandragee Road.
