Planning permission has been approved for 18 apartments on the Tandragee Road in Newry.
The application by Colm Meehan will see two three storey blocks, one comprising twelve apartments and one with six.
The site is located beside Hoggs Furniture Store and apartments will have two bedrooms and a balcony area as well as on-site car parking.
