An application has been made by Farlstone Construction Ltd, Keady for planning permission for 33 homes in a residential development on the Downshire Road in Newry.
The 0.35 hectare site at 35-39 Downshire Road in Newry is opposite Tescos and next door to the Hall for All.
The development would include 28 two bedroom apartments and 5 three bedroomed houses. The apartments are in three blocks with parking bays while the three storey houses will have in-curtilage parking.
