Planning applications have been submitted for the rebuilding of two premises at Greenbank Industrial Estate following extensive fire damage in 2024.
The owners of Formula Karting and the House of Murphy have both submitted applications for the re-construction of their premises following the fire damage and subsequent demolition. Both premises were completely gutted following an accidental fire on 13 July 2024.
Both premises are sizeable with Formula Karting expected to be 4526m2 and House of Murphy 4025m2.
