Detectives are appealing for information following an arson attack on a car outside a house in the Carrickasticken Road area of Forkhill in the early hours of this morning, 3 June.
Detective Inspector Moffett said the incident was reported shortly after 12:30am. "It was reported that a car outside a residential property had been set alight. Extensive damage was caused to the vehicle as a result, as well as some damage to the outside of the property."
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service extinguished the fire and no injuries were reported.
Police have appealed for anyone with information or who may have seen suspicious activity in the area to come forward.
