Write a commentIf you have been saying to yourself for years that you should learn Irish but never really got around to getting there, now is your chance, with a Newry course beginning in September. The course organised by Gaelaras Mhic Ardghail will lead you towards getting a silver Fáinne.
Registration for the Fáine Airgid takes place on Saturday 7 September 12 - 1pm and 1.30 - 2pm on a double decker bus in Marcus Square, Newry at Iúr Cinn Fleadh.
Classes start 23 September but those who register are invited to meet for the first time on Oíche Chultúir (Culture Night) on 20 September for a fascinating and enjoyable linguistic journey linking our knowledge an Ghaeilge with other Celtic languages and with Ulster/ Scots English.
