A Rostrevor girl plans to abseil down Belfast City Hospital's iconic yellow tower block in memory of her Grandfather.
Paige Morgan will take part in the Tower Superhero Abseil on Sunday 29 May raising funds for Friends of the Cancer Centre in memory of her Granda Eamon Cooper.

Morgan explains "In October 2016 My granda was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia, it was incredibly hard to watch someone I loved so much go through this.
"During the 18 months that followed granda was looked after by an incredible team in haematology at the city hospital but sadly he passed away Easter 2018 in the Cancer Centre Belfast.
"The support my granda received from the charity was amazing they couldn’t have done enough for him or us as a family."
For every £25.00 raised Friends of the Cancer Centre can provide one hour of enhanced nursing care from their team of specialist nurses.
Friends of the Cancer Centre has been dedicated to making a real and meaningful difference to cancer patients and their families across Northern Ireland for over 35 years. The charity does this by funding 38 additional members of staff, including 13 specialist nurses, supporting local research and providing practical support to help patients and their families through a really difficult time. The Fundraiser is sponsored by Warmflow Home Heating Solutions.
