Newry Rainbow Community is hosting a night of dialogue and discussion between people from the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender community and our local political representatives.
The evening will provide an opportunity for facilitated engagement with a panel of invited local councillors and MLAs following an opening address by Senator David Norris, one of Ireland’s best known advocates of equality for LGBT people. The Panel will participate in a facilitated question and answer session with an audience of invited guests and local people focused on key issues of concern and interest to the LGBT community around political representation and local service delivery.
Venue is the Auditorium, Seán Hollywood Arts Centre, Newry, Thursday 25th February 2010 at 7:30pm.
