Rory Osborne, Casey Osborne, and Paula Donnelly, recently completed a skydive in memory of Aveen Osborne and raised an incredible £9,310 in support of Southern Area Hospice.
Aveen, Rory and Casey’s mum, and Paula’s sister was cared for by the Hospice in 2020, before sadly passing away in October of that year. Her husband, Kevin, spoke very highly of the care she received during her time there.
In addition to their remarkable total, their efforts also generated an extra £1,718.75 in Gift Aid!
The Hospice cares for almost 1000 patients each year. Services include an Inpatient Unit, Day Hospice Units in Newry and Dungannon, Outpatient Clinics in Newry, Dungannon and Craigavon, a Palliative Care Team in Daisy Hill and Craigavon Area Hospitals and Bereavement Support Services.
A spokesperson for Southern Area Hospice expressed their gratitude for their support.
