Breast Mates Newry has received a £200 donation from St Mary's High School in Newry, with representatives from the charity collecting the cheque in person this morning. The local charity supports people affected by breast cancer through a range of services and activities.
Breast Mates Newry said they were so grateful for their kindness and support. A spokesperson added that "every penny raised helps us continue supporting local people affected by breast cancer through our services and activities."
The charity thanked all the pupils, staff and everyone at St Mary's involved in making the donation possible, saying their generosity "truly makes a difference to our local community."
