St Vincent dePaul in Newry would like the community to know that they are still here to help during this difficult time for a lot of people.

A St Vincent DePaul spokesperson said "We the members of the Newry Conferences of SVP have been helping the people in need in Newry for over 160 years. During these difficult times we know that apart from the health crisis, many may now face financial difficulties. We don’t want you to struggle on your own. If we can help ease your financial burden, please contact us on the number significant to your area and we will try our best to help you within the limits of our resources."

Hi im just wondering if there is any kind of help available me and my 3 year old son are moving into a new apartment and there is nothing in it&im struggling financially and would really appreciate any help atall .my number is 07754330185 thank you.

Hi there I'm still experiencing sever financial difficulties because my dhss claim has been sanctioned and need to ask for help. I'm living on £62 a week at the minute and don't get paid till next week. My gas has run out and I'm heating one room with a three bar fire which is taking the last of my electric. I rang yesterday and I understand you are busy but if its possible could I get some help with food parcel and a voucher for gas and electric. Thank you so much for your help. My number us 07756085984
