An Introductory Taster Course for adults who wish to be introduced to the Irish Language will take place in the Upper Chapel Street Gaeláras on Wednesday 16 August between 7pm and 9pm. The course will be conducted by Dr. Niall Comer (Ulster University). It appears likely that structured courses for Absolute Beginners will be offered by various cultural organisations in the town, commencing in the Autumn Term. This Taster Course will give those interested a head start on their language learning journey and participants can check out some of the self-tuition resources available to adult learners. Those who didn’t have the opportunity to learn Irish in school are particularly welcome.
Beidh dianchúrsa eile ann ar an dáta céanna ,7in > 9in, sa Ghaeláras agus tá sé dírithe orthu siúd a bhfuil dul chun cinn déanta acu i bhfoghlaim na teanga agus fonn orthu anois an Ghaeilge a chleachtadh. Beidh béim ar an teanga bheo agus beidh an seisiún idirghníomhach. Is é Séamus Mac Dhaibhéid a bhéas mar mhúinteoir. Tá na cúrsaí saor in aisce ach glacfar le síntiúis don Ghaeláras. Fáilte roimh chách.
