WEast Chernobyl the charity started in 2008 by Newry men Pat Craven, Brian Fitzpatrick and Gerard Duffy is holding a Three County Sponsored Walk this Sunday the 26th of May to raise much needed funds for their project.
The "Carol Challenge" in memory of their volunteer Carol Fitzpatrick who passed away spans six miles and three Counties and starts at 11am at Davey's Car Park, Omeath and ends at the Independance Club.
Everyone is welcome, whether you're looking for some Sunday exercise or a way to spend time with the family, do something worthwhile and help them raise vital funds for their projects.
To take part all you need is to come along on the day with a minimum sponsorship of £10
