Townlands Challenge raises over £4K

Over £4000 pounds has been raised by the Quinn Family from Killeavy who hosted the 'Townlands Challenge'  in September.

The event in memory of former Gael, Conor Quinn was held for the third consecutive year.

The 7 aside tournament involves teams from neighbouring Townlands of Cloughoge, Newtowncloughoge, Lower Newtown/Cloughoge Mountain, Killean, Fathom/Clontigora, Ayallogue/Tamnaghbane/Seafin/Carn, Carrivemaclone, Dublin Road, Meigh, Low Rd/Faughil, Shane O Neills and the Quinn Family.

Family members presented PIPS Hope and Support with an astonishing cheque for £4,122.00 and €525.00. 

 On completion of this years event the family has now donated an unbelievable £18,154.00 and €525.00 for PIPS Hope and Support.
