Lislea’s 43rd annual Drama Festival begins today 22 February 2024 at The Old School House Theatre. Audiences can be assured of 7 fantastic nights of live theatre as they host drama groups from all over Ireland.
This weekend the festival will welcome 2 new groups making their Lislea debuts in this year’s festival. The competition opens on Saturday night with Tinahely Variety Group from Co. Wicklow and their interpretation of Micheal Carey’s acerbic, dark comedy Thy Will Be Done.
On Sunday 23rd February Upstage Players will present Conor Mc Pherson’s award winning intrigue The Weir , a dark thriller that is sure to hold the audience in suspense all evening .
A limited number of season n tickets are still on sale priced at £40.
Tickets will also be available on the night at the Box Office from 7-8pm. Nightly Admission: Adults £8. Children £4.
