Here at Newry.ie we know that there are a lot of creative people out there in Newry City and surrounding townlands, and we would love to share your poems and stories with a much larger audience than you could reach yourself.
To that end we have added a new dedicated section to Newry.ie and it is the perfect chance for you to have you work seen by a worldwide audience.
If you would like to be part of our new Poems and Stories section please email them to us at news@newry.ie and don't forget to tell us who is the author and where you are from.
If you have a photograph that is a natural accompaniment to the writing please send that also. All we ask is that it is your own work and not someone elses and that you have some sort of a connection to Newry or its surrounds.
Of course it's the editors decison if an item is published or not but with all you talented people out there we don't envisage we will have any problems in that department!
