Building work has been taking place on the site this past few months and the building is going to be known as The Custom House.
The first significant commercial investment in City Centre Development in almost a decade is being developed by Downshire Quay LLP. The Custom House scheme beside Bellinis, represents a £2million pound investment which will deliver a mixed retail/office scheme over 3 floors on a 0.7acre site.
