Write a commentA new 'Click and Collect' service for online deliveries has been launched in the Buttercrane Shopping Centre.
It means that members of the public can now select Buttercrane as a place to deliver their online delivery, eliminating the worry about missing the postman or courier if it needs signed for.
The customer receives a unique code from the help desk to pick up their item from the locker any time Buttercrane Centre is open.
The service was launched earlier this month as part of Customer Service Week and it's the latest in a series of initiatives by Buttercrane for a more convenient customer shopping experience.
The launch event was hosted by Radio personality Kevin McAllister who invited customers to unveil a code to open one of the 14 new Click & Collect lockers to win surprises!
