‘Boost Bites’ is a series of free-to-attend business-focused events covering topics including cyber security, GDPR, growing your business and challenges in doing so, and much more.
The event plans to help local businesses better equip themselves in a digital economy as the May 2018 deadline for general data protection regulations (GDPR) nears.
Attendees will learn about the importance of GDPR and how upcoming regulations could affect your business.
Speaking at the event local barrister Orlagh Kelly, owner of Briefed – the GDPR compliance specialists – will facilitate a session on the factors local businesses in the Newry area should consider when retaining customer data and information to ensure they are compliant ahead of significant regulation changes in May this year.
