Newry and Mourne Co-operative and Enterprise Agency are hosting a 'Get Set to Thrive' workshop by Go Succeed.
‘Get Set to Thrive’ is delivered in partnership with Women in Business NI and it is open to women entrepreneurs in the early stages of their business, throughout Northern Ireland. The event is facilitated by Enterprise Northern Ireland.
The workshop takes place on Friday, 26th January from 10am – 11:30am at WIN Business Park. It will guide you in adopting this mindset for your new business, empowering you to overcome fears, navigate setbacks, tackle challenges, and learn to embrace the entrepreneurial journey.
Workshop presenter Roisin McDermott will ditch the negative thinking with a tool called Green platform thinking and learn how to “dance with your inner critic”. There will also be time to share your current challenges and benefit from the knowledge and skills of your peers.
At the end of the workshop you will have an understanding of Growth Mindset, Green Platform Thinking and Positive Action Now. You will feel more resilient and ready for business. Additionally you will have a set of practical tools you can start to try to use when you feel your business idea is too challenging, as well as overcoming that feeling of Imposter Syndrome.
