Aureal Candles, a local Silverbridge based business renowned for its natural and refillable candle range has announced a partnership with Allster, the innovative local produce showcase at Belfast International Airport. This collaboration will bring Aureal’s unique offerings to a global audience, enabling travellers from all over the world to discover and enjoy Essential oil candles, home fragrances and much more. Founded in 2019 all of their candles are handmade in their farmhouse just outside Silverbridge.
"We are thrilled to join Allster's retail showcase at Belfast International Airport, which allows us to share the passion we put into our Natural Home Fragrance range with the world," said Ian Kelly, Founder of Aureal. "Being stocked in the airport is such an exciting opportunity for a small business like ours. Usually this kind of chance just doesn’t come along for the little guys. And to be honest, we are overjoyed to see a new alternative to the usual book and tie shops at the airport! And one which aims to help launch local makers on the world stage. We are truly delighted to be able to showcase a small part of what is great about South Armagh”
The Allster retail showcase provides a unique platform for local suppliers, entrepreneurs, and artisans to reach a global market, offering travellers the chance to purchase authentic and locally-produced items. It supports Allster’s online marketplace www.allster.co which makes over 15,000 products, sourced locally in Ulster, available to the world.
“We are so pleased to have Aureal’s products available at the airport” said Allster Founder, Eddie Holmes. “Since returning to Northern Ireland after 20 years abroad, it never ceases to amaze me just how creative, innovative and committed to quality people like Ian are. Hopefully the travelling public will enjoy discovering his amazing Candle and Home Fragrance range during what promises to be Belfast International’s busiest year ever.”
