Write a commentDue to the phenomenal success of the previous wine tasting networking events, Newry Chamber of Commerce and Trade is delighted to be hosting a special wine tasting networking event in association with The Bank Bar and Bistro on Friday 24 April.
Mr Peter Rossiter, joint host stated, ‘On behalf of Woodford Bourne NI (formerly Direct Wine Shipments) Denis Broderick & myself are delighted to be invited back to the Bank Bar and Bistro the Annual Wine Wasting event with the Newry Chamber. After the success and fun of last years tasting, we will host an even more interactive evening between the guests. So if you still haven't learnt how to swirl & spit your wine, we will have plenty of bibs to cover your evening wear’.
This event will also mark the official Newry launch of the Torres Ibericos Crianza wine from Rioja. Guests will be the very first to sample this contemporary new wine from an established and renowned Spanish vineyard.
Ms Orla Jackson, Newry Chamber of Commerce, stated, ‘this event provides the perfect opportunity for guests to network in a social and entertaining environment. The previous event proved exceptionally popular. I would advise guests to book early as numbers are limited. The event will commence with a sparkling wine reception at 7pm.
