motivate them. Almost 60 students attended a workshop held by Justin in an attempt to broaden their horizons and consider self-employment as a career option. The students were encouraged to think about enterprise and entrepreneurial development as they participated in various physical activities, listened to motivational speeches and watched stimulating videos. SRC Sports Studies Lecturer Richard Gough commented “It is great to see local sports personalities developing as innovative enterprise, such as Motiv8. Justin’s visit to the college was an inspiration to staff and students alike and generated many imaginative and enterprising discussions in the classes which followed.
